What kind of customer service do you offer?

Being a family run business for the past 30 years, we’ve depended on the relationships and bounds we’ve created. We treat everyone in a professional friendly manner, so if you need to contact us.

Do I need to register before I make a purchase?

Unlike other companies, we don’t require you to register an account with us before making a purchase. We like to be extremely transparent with our pricing and our policies, so we keep everything in the open. However, if you do register during your purchase you can easily track your orders and shipping.

Do I need a reseller license to buy from Shoe Box Supplier?

No, you do not need a reseller license to buy from us. 

Shipping & Return Policy

How long does it take for shipping?

We ship orders within 1-3 days during normal business hours Mon-Friday 10am-5pm. We ship either UPS or USPS ground services which typically take 2-5 days.

My shipment was short / defective / damaged / the wrong items

We know that issues can arise: sometimes orders are short-shipped, merchandise is broken, or defective or the wrong product is sent. Even though we do our best to minimize these problems, they do occur.  When this happens, visit our contact us page choose the best option to contact us for you.

These two options

Do we provide tracking information?

Of course!

What’s your return policy?

Shoebox Supplier will accept a return no later than 14 days from the date of shipment. Our policy is as followed

  • Items must be in original condition.
  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs back to our warehouse.
  • Please note that returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Does Free Shipping include international shipping or shipping outside of the contiguous United States?

Our free shipping policy only applies to shipping within the contiguous United States and DOES NOT include international shipping or shipping outside the continental United States (i.e.: Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).

Do you offer free shipping?

In the contiguous United States, YES!

FBA & Drop Shipping Policy

Do we ship blind?

Of course, simply enter notes within the comment section upon placing an order.

Do you sell individually or by the case?

We sell by the case, we currently do not sell individual items right now unless otherwise stated.

How do I order a drop-shipping order?

Place your order like normal, but place your customer’s address in the shipping details and your address in the billing details. Within the comment section add notes to ship blind.

Do you drop ship?

Yes, we drop ship and will ship your packages blind so no one will ever know you used Shoebox Supplier

 

Does your company ship to Amazon?

Yes, we will ship to Amazon provided that you supply the correct labels.
